Bidding with InvestPhoenixMetro.com How To Bid At the Trustee Auction In Arizona:
  1. A $10,000 deposit is required to be set up in a secure account prior to actively bidding on any property.
  2. Proof of funds from the investor shall be on file with InvestPhoenixMetro.com. InvestPhoenixMetro.com will request updated proof of funds every 90 days for active bidders.
  3. A transaction fee of $2,500 will be paid to Keller Williams Arizona Realty upon a successful Auction Bid.
  4. Once the Auctioneer says SOLD the property is yours. There is no backing out. If the investor defaults and does not pay for the property, the $10,000 deposit from the investor is forfeited to InvestPhoenixMetro.com brokered by Keller Williams Arizona Realty.
  5. All properties are sold “as is”. All inspections and due diligence is the responsibility of the Investor. Including but not limited to: Property condition, termites, title quality, tax liens, hoa transfer fees etc...
  6. Balance & Transaction Fee is to be wired/transferred/arranged the within 3 hours receiving your winning bid notice.
  7. An example break down of a sample sale is as follows:A. Opening Bid $50,000B. Winning Bid $65,000C. Winning Bid $65,000 - $10,000 Deposit = $55,000 balance D. $55,000 Balance plus $2,500 Bidding Transaction Fee = $57,500 (plus any back taxes/hoa fees) to be arranged to be received within 3 hours of your winning bid notice.
  8. In the event an investor wishes to bid on multiple properties, an additional $10,000 deposit is required. For example, the investor wishes to purchase 4 properties, $40,000 is to be deposited.
